We recognize that our past communication structure is not able to effectively meet the high demand.
We implemented a new phone structure effective February 2025, to help better serve you.

In order to best serve you, please include the following details in your email:
- Full name as it appears on your healthcard
- Date of birth
- Healthcard number
- A short description of your request
We cannot provide medical advice, or answer medical inquiries over email.
I have run out of my prescription? Do I need a new appointment?
This is highly variable.
The simplest way to renew your prescription if you do not have additional refills is to contact your pharmacy.
Pharmacies are able to fax our physicians a refill request.
These requests are reviewed daily by our physicians.
If you require an appointment to renew your prescription, we will let you know.

Do I need a follow up?
There are many dermatology issues that can be effectively monitored by your family doctor after you have seen a specialist. Your physician will tell you if you need a follow up.
Do I need a new referral?
Only if it has been greater than 24 months since your last visit.
