Code of Conduct, Rights & Responsibilities 

Lynde Dermatology is committed to fostering a healthy and positive environment that respects the personal worth, dignity, and diversity of each member of the clinic community (physicians, staff, patients, and visitors). 

Patients/Families and Visitors have the right to: 

• Be treated with dignity and respect by everyone in the clinic.

• Be free from discrimination and harassment. 

• Receive, appropriate, accessible, and equitable care.

• Submit feedback without fear of reprisal. 

Patients/Families and Visitors have the responsibility to: 

• Treat everyone at Lynde Dermatology, including physicians, staff, volunteers, and other patients with respect; free from discrimination and harassment.

Any form of verbal or physical violence will not be tolerated.

Patients and/or visitors who raise their voice, use foul or derogatory language, display verbal or physical abuse will be asked to leave immediately and will be discharged back to their referring physician.
