Clinic COVID-19 Policy:
Effective June 1, 2020, all patients and visitors to our clinic are required to wear a face covering (surgical masks, homemade mask, bandana or other) while in our facility. Masks must be brought from home as they will not be provided. Gloves are recommended in our clinic, however; they are not required and not provided. Proper handwashing and the use of alcohol-based hand sanitizer continues to be the most effective way to stop the spread of illness. Please comply with physical distancing guidelines and remain 2m from other patients. Lynde Dermatology will only allow a specified number of persons in our waiting room, per the direction of York Region Public Health. Patients are asked to come no earlier than five (5) minutes prior to their appointment time for screening. Please have your health cards ready as they are required at each visit. Please come to your appointment, dressed appropriately for the weather as we have limited access to the waiting room. Please proceed directly to our designated screener.

Communication:
Communication with our patients is of utmost importance during this time. If you wish to schedule an appointment with a physician, please email us at patient@lynderma.com or call 905-471-5022. Due to the high volume of patient voice messages, patients who have access to email are encouraged to use this platform to avoid delays in response. Please only send one email request. Voice messages will be checked and triaged for urgency. Please only leave a voice message if you do not have access to email. Please only leave one voice message.
